Once you place your order, our team works with you to gather your business information, branding assets and images. From there, we customise your chosen template, write your website copy, and configure everything needed to launch a high-performing website.

Once you’ve selected your template, simply complete your purchase. After ordering, you’ll receive access to our onboarding process where we collect key information about your business.

Share Your Information

You’ll be guided through a short questionnaire where you’ll provide business details, brand assets, logos and images. Our team will use this information to write your website copy and customise your chosen template to match your brand.

Review & Launch

Once your website is ready, we’ll share a private preview link so you can review the site and provide feedback. After final approval, we connect your domain, complete the final technical setup and send your website live.

Yes, there’s an initial flat fee (as per purchase price) to kickstart your website journey followed by a minimum monthly fee of $45 that covers hosting.  The monthly automated charge ensures your website thrives on a Virtual Private Server, leveraging premium plugins for optimal SEO, security, speed, and design.

You’ll have a 7-day period to report any errors or request changes within the scope of work at no extra cost. After the 7 days; our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you with any queries or updates.
